This hotel has some strong points like a stunning view of boat traffic on the St. Lawrence and a cozy restaurant with good meals. However, the overall experience is quite lacking, with no maid service, uncomfortable check-in procedures, and inconsistent hot water in the rooms. It's an overpriced stay for what you get, leaving me wishing for a much better experience.

The room situation was a nightmare, especially being switched to an inappropriate room after I had confirmed my needs. On the bright side, the restaurant had good food and service, which was the only highlight of my stay.
