This hotel has some strong points like a stunning view of boat traffic on the St. Lawrence and a cozy restaurant with good meals. However, the overall experience is quite lacking, with no maid service, uncomfortable check-in procedures, and inconsistent hot water in the rooms. It's an overpriced stay for what you get, leaving me wishing for a much better experience.
I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, dealing with unnecessary complications and poor communication from the staff. The room situation was a nightmare, especially being switched to an inappropriate room after I had confirmed my needs. On the bright side, the restaurant had good food and service, which was the only highlight of my stay.
My stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The staff's handling of issues was not up to par, leading to a chaotic experience.
